Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years installing residential systems and home automation / entertainment hardware
- Technical Interest : Passionate about smart home technology and excited to learn new advancements
- Professionalism & Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Mentorship : Willingness to guide junior technicians and share knowledge
- Communication : Strong interpersonal skills for client, contractor, and team interactions
- Additional : Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
