The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and scaling complex quality systems, as well as driving strategic initiatives that enhance product innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Quality Systems: Develop and maintain scalable quality management systems using SPC methodologies to monitor and control product and process quality in real-time.
- Shift Company Mindset: Embed quality-focused thinking across all levels, shifting from "Inspect & Reject" to "Predict & Prevent."
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Align quality objectives with business growth, product innovation, and operational excellence.
- Cultivate Quality Culture: Prioritize continuous improvement and customer satisfaction through proactive, quality-first thinking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in quality roles, including 3 years in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in developing and scaling complex quality systems.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in quality management tools (APQP, 8D, A3, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, etc.) and data-driven problem-solving.
