In this role the candidate will be responsible for ensuring Hikma maximizes the value of the US injectables product portfolio and achieves organizational targets.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve / exceed total US Injectable Net Sales and profitability through data driven strategic recommendations and actionable insights to improve business / product performance; identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Product portfolio ownership - manage a portion of the inline Hikma US Injectables product portfolio and work cross-functionally to develop appropriate pricing / contracting / supply strategies and messaging to maximize sales and profitability
- Pricing - review and assess customer price requests taking into account product strategies, market dynamics, customer relationships, etc.
- RFPs / bids - prepare analysis and recommended pricing for responses to customer RFPs / bids accounting for top and bottom-line results; impacts on other customers; etc.
- New Product Launches - collaboratively develop analytically driven go-to-market strategies and pricing to ensure Hikma maximizes new product launch sales and margins
- Communication across functions to ensure alignment of price changes and potential impact on demand forecasts
- Ad hoc activities as the company deems appropriate
