Currently Hiring for 2nd (5% Shift Differential) and 3rd Shift (10% Shift Differential)
The Production Operator III performs machine operator functions that include, but are not limited to, the set up, adjustment, maintenance and operation of various pieces of computerized and manual inspection/packaging equipment while complying with GMP regulations as well as internal SOPs. Incumbent also provides support to Group Leader Manufacturing as may be required and serves in a Back-up Group Leader-Manufacturing capacity when required.
- Verifies proper coding using the Controlled Labeling Record (CLIR).
- Sets up Pharmacode Inspection equipment.
- Supplies machine with necessary materials.
- Maintains quality of machine output.
- Performs clean and clearance of work area.
- Completes and maintains applicable logbook and batch record paperwork.
- Report machine deviations to area Supervisor or designee.
- Maintain general area housekeeping.
- Performs training related to production
- Perform duties as backup group leader when required
- Assists Group Leader in daily line operation as may be required
- Also performs other related production functions such as Inspector, Packer, catching, etc.
- Performs other related duties as determined by supervisor and management.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years specific Production Operator job experience
Experience Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting.
- Strong writing skills and ability to complete batch records and prepare Event Report Forms.
- Ability to understand GMPs and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong assessment and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work overtime as may be required.
- Ability to use computer systems such as Isotrain, Saber and Systech
- Requires good analytical skills and familiarity with quality control procedures and basic manufacturing calculations.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Able to perform mathematical calculations associated with production documentation analysis and problem solving.
Reasoning Ability:
Technically oriented with ability to analyze production related problems and suggest solutions.
