What are the essential job functions
Product Marketing Strategy and SW Revenue Growth
- Build and execute the software strategy with US sales team, US and Global leadership to achieve annual sales growth target.
- Spearhead the full lifecycle development and management of software solutions using the 4P (Product, Place, Pricing, Promotion) framework.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for software launches, aligning with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
- Perform competitive analysis to shape product positioning and market differentiation.
Customer Communication and Sales Enablement
Post-Sales Support and Close-loop Analysis

This role offers a competitive base salary and a performance-based incentive structure, with On-Target Earnings designed to reward exceptional outcomes. The On-Target Earnings for this position is $106,250.00 - $160,156.00 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). This role offers the potential for elevation to a Senior Software Product Manager position, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
