You will report directly to the Senior Vice President-AI Product Delivery (Global). Ideal candidate should have proven growth journey from Software developer to leadership in fast-paced IT product companies, should have a strong background in technology, strategy, and AI product delivery to join our dynamic team. Job Duties
- Drive the technical development of AI-based healthcare products and guide the sales/marketing efforts to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the strategic direction for AI-based data clinical products for HiLabs.
- Formulate strategies to leverage AI technologies for cleaning healthcare data and extracting insights to improve the quality of care for health insurance members.
- Lead & coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to develop features for clinical products.
- Define project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, manage tasks, & facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Master's in business administration, Information Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field and 6 months of experience in advanced data analytics (using Excel and Python).
- Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's in the above-stated fields plus 60 months of progressively responsible experience in the above-stated occupations. Experience must include 6 months in each of the following: SQL; PowerPoint; Visio; Asana; Financial analysis; and Power BI.
