Route Settlement Clerk

Hiland Dairy in Fort Smith, AR is looking for a Route Settlement Specialist professional. The Route Settlement person performs various duties associated with order entry through delivery and payment. Salary can vary depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order entry via the AS400 system
• Responsible for receipt and validation of orders received via EDI
• Documents workflow and work procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior knowledge of the AS400 System preferred but not mandatory.
• 10 Key-By-Touch
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Experience working in a multi-task work environment required.
