RE: Open Job Bid-Production Night Shift Gallon/ Half Gallon Filler Operator
The hours are always the same. 4 days a week 4pm to done. The days off rotate. For example, week 1 rotation would be Monday 4PM-4AM, Tuesday 4PM-4AM, Off Wednesday, Off Thursday, Friday 4PM-4AM, Saturday 4PM-finish.
Second week’s rotation would be scheduled for work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The days off would be Friday and Saturday.
Third week’s rotation would be scheduled for work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The days off would be Monday and Tuesday. You would restart the week one rotation following week three.
Job Duties include/BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Correctly and efficiently running the Gallon and Half Gallon filler.
- Correctly weighing products on a scheduled and timely manner.
- Correctly performing and initialing scheduled sensory and equipment checks.
- CONSTANTLY MONITORING FOR PROPER CODE DATE, sealing issues, and case count.
- Correctly selecting, monitoring, and bottling correct products and butterfats.
- Learning the fundamentals of proper sanitation and chemical titration and properly and appropriately cleaning all equipment. This is of utmost importance and vital to product and environmental quality.
- Accurately filling out proper sanitation checks and paperwork.
- Keeping your area clean and tidy while in operation.
- Picking up your area and taking trash and cardboard out after your shift ends.
- Dumping rework for buttermilk on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
- Any other tasks assigned AS DICTATED BY THE NEEDS OF THE PLANT.
