The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager or to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This a hybrid position, working 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to department personnel in processing commercial insurance policies.
- Partner with Account Managers and Producers to service existing customers as needed
- Issue Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Insurance and any additional, proof of coverage as needed
- Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes
- Assist with reviewing and processing loss control recommendations and audits
- Assist with endorsement requests and renewal marketing
- Update data in agency management system when needed
- Manage assorted administrative tasks related to CL account maintenance
