The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Processor to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Shelby Township, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position, moving to hybrid after training period.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently processing documents related to commercial insurance policies
- Providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures.
- Processing new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Managing communications with clients, underwriters, and agents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equilalent preferred
- Prior commercial processing experience preferred
- Prior experience working with the Microsoft suite
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
