The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commerical Lines Marketing Associate to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities :

• Markets new and renewal business within the Commercial Lines dept. for premiums ranging from $25,000 and up.
• Receives and analyzes quotes from carriers and provides analysis including accuracy, pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons, financing through spreadsheets and presentations as needed
• Monthly Financial Analysis Report updates when applicable
• Prepares Benchmarking and Utilization Reports when requested
• Assists in estimates of plan changes when needed for self-funded clients
• Responsible to vet Stop Loss Policy when received prior to closing the marketing file for the renewal
• Receives required paperwork from carriers and sending to Account Executive for signature / completion when necessary
• Negotiates rates and premiums with Director of Large Group Marketing
• Analyzes the specifics of customer's coverage requirements as well as the offerings of different carriers and provides advice accordingly
• Maintains marketing updates and files in proper format
• Develops productive relationships with carriers

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
