The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Hunt Valley, MD. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle policy renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage adequacy.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to provide exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/yr.
