BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, or online inquiries
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Collaborate with other BDC team members, sales representatives, and departments
- Input accurate and up-to-date information into the CRM system
- Other duties assigned
BDC Sales Representative Requirements:
- Knowledge in sales or business is a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an automotive or BDC environment
- Strong sales instincts and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Previous experience in phone or virtual sales is an asset
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
- Ability to work collaboratively with other BDC team members and sales representatives
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to adapt to changes in sales processes and technologies
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
