Your Day-to-Day as a Diesel Technician:
- Diagnose and tackle repairs on trucks and vehicles with precision and expertise.
- Test-drive vehicles to make sure your work exceeds expectations.
- Follow checklists to ensure every critical part is inspected and adjusted.
- Document your work thoroughly, especially for warranty repairs.
- Keep safety top-of-mind while making sure trucks are road-ready and reliable.
- Treat every vehicle like your own—clean, efficient, and professional.
- Never stop learning: Attend factory training and stay ahead of technical bulletins.
- Build relationships with customers and teammates to deliver unmatched service.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of Fleet or Dealership experience—show us what you’ve got!
- High school diploma or equivalent (ASE or CDL certifications are a big plus!).
- Your own tools and a passion for the craft.
- A self-motivated, professional mindset that puts the customer first.
