Hilco Vision is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team! The Production Manager is responsible for the operations of our production group as it relates to meeting customer needs, regulatory/quality requirements, overall safety, and organizational goals.
They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day production operations while working closely with the VP of Operations to deliver best-in-class products to our customers. They will supervise staff plans and approve production schedules, approve invoices, and manage the budget.
They will establish and enforce policies, and ensure all staff are meeting quality standards while also maintaining safe working conditions. They will analyze and optimize processes to identify ways to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
This role is located in Fairfield, OH, and the schedule is mid-shift 11am-8pm, Monday- Friday.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ experience in the packaging/labeling industry, preferably in bottling, assembly, or packaging operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage teams across multiple shifts.
- Ability to build and develop team members from various backgrounds.
- 5-7 years’ experience in a leadership role in packaging/production operations.
- Problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues.
- Experienced with ERP/MRP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Located within commuting distance of Fairfield, OH, location.
- This role works mid-shift from 11am-8pm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two shifts, ensuring seamless handoffs and sustained productivity.
- Ensure profitability by managing costs, labor, efficiency, and production output.
- Directly supervise and develop production supervisors, leads, and staff.
- Oversee and run the day-to-day operations for production.
- Responsible for department profitability.
- Ensure employee safety and safety compliance.
- Ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure staffing for production lines and drive staffing efficiencies.
- Ensure production line efficiency and quotas are being met daily and weekly.
- Other duties as assigned.
