What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist and Office Assistant (seasonal) position at Hileman's Tax & Payroll?
We are a small tax office looking for a person with verbal communication skills to answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, scan documents, make copies of income tax returns, and perform other related duties as assigned. The candidate will also assist clients with paperwork when they come to pick up their returns or via phone. A willingness to learn to prepare income taxes or has any experience in that field would be encouraged but not mandatory. There are two seasonal positions available; a full-time position from 8 am- 4 pm and a part-time position from 4pm-7pm throughout tax season.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
