Certified Service Technician/Air Conditioned Shop

Job Summary:
Hiley Mazda of Burleson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Service Technician for our air conditioned shop. This is a full-time, hourly position within the fast-paced auto industry. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and repairs to our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for repairs to customers
- Ensure all work is performed to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Assist with service department operations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to keep up with industry advancements and new technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or vocational education preferred
- ASE certification or equivalent experience as a Certified Service Technician
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment and parts
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
