Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated issues promptly.Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process.Establish trust among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects.Provide support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance.Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processesDrive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.Partner with General Manager plan and run vehicle inventory.Assist in running controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skillsPassionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environmentEnthusiastic personality with high-energy attitudeAbility to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitabilityOrganization and follow-up skillsHigh School diploma or equivalentClean driving record and valid driver's licenseJoin our team and become a part of our success story!
