Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Civil / Site team in Charlotte, NC! This role is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability, and client management for the Civil / Site project design team.

Responsibilities
- Project management of land development plans, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer, soil erosion and sediment control design.
- Managing multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines.
- Quality control.
- Regulatory agency permitting.
- Proposal scope and budget preparation.
- Financial management including invoice preparation and accounts receivable.
- Scheduling of projects so that they succeed.
- Properly manage clients and bring in new clientele as well.
- Hiring, mentoring and training new staff to build a successful Civil / Site team.
