What Youll Do:
As a server, you genuinely connect and communicate with all of our guests. You will report to the manager on duty and:
- Effectively finesse the menu and communicate your vast knowledge and expertise about activities, food, and bar menus with ease.
- Go the extra step to accommodate guest requests and suggestions to ensure guests have a remarkably consistent experience; know when to connect the guest with a manager to positively find solutions.
- Proactively assist other servers with table maintenance, running food or beverages, side duties, assisting to take payments, etc.
- Take the time to effectively learn and memorize new menu items, procedures and allergy policies.
- Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests).

Who You Are:
- You are a genuine, charming, vibrant and team-oriented individual who can manage time effectively without skipping a beat.
- You have a minimum of 1 year front of house restaurant experience.
- You pride yourself on your guest service skills, your ability to make people feel at home, your reliability, and your ability to keep upbeat even during the busiest shifts.
- You are solution focused and resourceful you think on your feet effectively to find resolutions to situations.
- You can easily and quickly become a part of a team, and you are a great communicator.
