Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator Intern will support the organization’s marketing, advertising, and social media efforts, focusing on driver recruitment, customer acquisition, and team morale initiatives. Additionally, this position will involve creating and editing multimedia content. This position focuses on execution, reporting, designing, writing, and editing and is a key member of the organization’s communication team.
Requirements
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Create and disseminate content on key social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Provide front-line monitoring and response to online posts from current and potential drivers, customers, and others.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to ensure that all posts and content adhere to the Hill Brothers Data Standard.
- Develop graphic design pieces for advertisements and all social media posts. Assist in graphic design needs and planning.
- Make timely website updates (including blog management).
- Assist in writing advertising/marketing copy for various channels, influencers, displays, and social ads and posts.
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, continually seeking ways to improve those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
- Serve as a community liaison for the brand, including monitoring all social properties, creating unique, engaging content, and participating in social media on behalf of the company.
- Review and prepare content and coordinate production deadlines for social media marketing efforts.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate influencer initiatives.
Accountabilities (approx. breakout of time spent)
- 70% Create a robust social presence for Hill Brothers by meeting the goal assigned below:
- Generate a quantifiable number of likes, impressions, and shares that lead to measurable results based on Market Saturation of posts within our target markets.
- Maintain Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Create 2-3 daily posts on standard social pages.
- Create or discover 2-3 weekly video posts on standard social pages.
- Respond promptly to all posts within the established times set by management.
- Assess Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other data sources to ensure maximum presence and functionality.
- Be creative and able to generate photos, videos, and copy to maximize interaction.
- 20% Ability to create, maintain, and adjust the company web page with content, photos, videos, and other components using Hill Brothers Data standards.
- 10% Support the Recruiting Team with Lead Generation through the above aspects and by creating content for traditional lead generation activities, such as emails, voice drops, texts, etc.
