Hill & Company Service, Inc., Oklahoma City’s premier locally owned heating, air conditioning and plumbing service company for 50 years has an immediate opening for full-time heating and air conditioning Outbound Sales Position (HVAC Experience not required ).
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers in the company database to offer and sell services advertised and/or quoted by technicians and plumbers, but not sold.
- Contact customers to get them to sign up as members.
- Contact customers who have canceled their membership to try sign them back up.
- Contact plumbing only customers to set up HVAC appointments.
- Follow up on canceled appointments.
- Contact customer to follow-up on services to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Provide support to inbound calls as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Experience in air conditioning field is not required
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated to achieve success.
Compensation:
- Compensation includes hourly, including base salary, commissions and bonuses.
