Construction Project Manager needed for busy custom home builder in Northwest Wisconsin. Project Manager will be responsible for managing the construction of 5-7 homes/jobs at a time. We use BuilderTrend project management software, and we have a full range of support staff, including estimator, draftsman, accountant, and selections coordinator to help Project Manager run jobs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and coordination.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing contracts and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential construction project management
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Strong project scheduling and coordination skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of construction estimating and contract management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with BuilderTrend is a plus
