Job Description
- Responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to insure all Guests receive their preferences in both food and beverages.
- Works with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.
- Keep the restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectations.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and focus on the customer
- Ability to accurately enter food and beverage orders into POS, track and claim tips and assist in reporting at the end of the shift
- Practices open communication with management and the team to ensure process improvement and service excellence
- Demonstrates a commitment to the company culture and mission
