Hill Country Herb Garden is home to a luxurious day spa, 14 charming cottages, a restaurant, and beautiful grounds and outdoor spaces. We are seeking Spa Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. Hourly wage ranges from $15-20 depending on experience. In this role you also have opportunity to earn commission from retail sales.
The proposed schedule for this role is:
Wednesdays 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Fridays 12:00 pm - 6:15 pm
Saturdays 10:00 am - 6:15 pm (in times vary)
Sunday: 9:30 am - 3:15 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hospitality first - treat guests and teammates with respect and kindness
- Greet and check in guests for their spa treatments - greet every guest with a smile
- Assisting with cottage bookings, reservations, and check ins
- Check out guests after spa treatments
- Take cottage and spa bookings over the phone
- Direct restaurant reservations to the restaurant
- Enter event leads on Tripleseat
- Answer guests' questions thoughtfully
- Answer phones & check voicemails
- Daily interaction with our team
- Assist with inventory of spa retail and products required for spa services
- Assist with cottage loops and room flips as needed
- Uphold company’s code of conduct
- Responsible fiscal management
- Other duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
