Rotating 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11 pm shifts; weekends and holidays required
**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and register guests in a warm and friendly manner - Answer and respond to guest inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally - Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and messages - Utilize phone systems and hotel management software to effectively manage guest information and communicate with other departments - Provide guests with information on hotel services and amenities, including resort activities and events - Offer assistance with room assignments, key cards, and other guest needs - Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area - Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience - Perform other duties as required to support the front desk team and the hotel's overall operation
**Qualifications:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software - Strong hospitality skills and a genuine interest in providing exceptional guest service - Ability to speak multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual a plus) - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment (hotel management experience a plus) - Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
