Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) released the following solicitationDA1 / Database Architect Opportunity for the Texas Workforce Commission. This is a remote position for existing residents of Texas.
Job Description
Designing the data structures needed to meet the business requirements. Ensuring database development standards are followed. Providing specifications for data quality. Documenting the “asis” schemas currently in use at TWC. Performing other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitate and support TWC’s Enterprise Data Warehouse. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment. May also work independently with minimal supervision and be required to meet tight deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

Handson experience with data warehouse development (relational and dimensional) and proven evidence to implement using databases like Oracle SQL Server etc. preferably Oracle
Experience with Oracle PL / SQL
Handson experience with data modeling preferably in a data warehouse environment
Experience with Informatica product suite in the Informatica cloud
Proven ability to work successfully with technical and nontechnical groups and manage multiple responsibilities
Communication analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels
Technical writing skills
