The City of Austin D / B / A Austin Energy requires the services of a Project Manager 2 hereafter referred to as Worker who meets the general qualification general qualifications of a Project Manager 2 and the specifications outlined in this document for Austin Energy.

WORK DESCRIPTION : (Add specifics of this contract)
Responsible for the planning coordination requirements gathering business analysis
specifications development project planning project monitoring and project status reporting
and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions as it pertains to existing
renewable energy programs and renewable energy programs currently under development.

Skills / Experience
Graduation from an accredited fouryear college or university with a degree in Business or Management Engineering computer science computer information systems or management information systems
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
Demonstrated experience implementing IT / OT enterprise application projects
Experience in project procurement / RFP development / bid evaluation
Demonstrated application of project management techniques WBS (work breakdown structure) development and coordination of people and resources
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word Project PowerPoint SharePoint and
Visio WebEx
Proficient in change management methodologies
Proficient in presenting to multiple levels within an organization
