Responsibilities: Weekend Mental Health Tech (MHT) Schedule Composition = Two, 12 hour shifts Sat & Sun (7a-7p or 7p-7a) Every Weekend OR Every Other Weekend Mandatory 8-day Orientation Session Hill Crest Behavioral Health is an acute care, 194 bed inpatient psychiatric facility located in Birmingham, AL, providing mental health services for adolescents and adults. Qualifications: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care preferred Able to attend the mandatory 8-day Orientation session from 8a-5p M-F of 1 week and M-W of the following week. No exceptions.
