Job Title: Team Leader/Shift Leader
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports to: General Manager / Assistant Manager

Position Summary:
As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the restaurant by supervising shifts, coaching team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll help lead by example, bringing positive energy and a strong work ethic to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Ensure all food safety and quality standards are followed

Handle cash and complete shift-based financial reporting

Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service

Open and/or close the restaurant according to company procedures

Assist with inventory management and restocking

Communicate effectively with team and management

Motivate and train team members to achieve high performance
Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

Quick-service or restaurant experience strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including nights/weekends)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.50
