Hill International is seeking a Field Specialist/Supervisor in San Diego, California
- Supervises and provides management oversight of substation and other electric asset security and communication system installation and construction oversight, safety and reporting under the supervision of Construction Manager.
- Includes design and engineering oversight and responsibility of 1 - 2 complex technical engineering, civil engineering and/or civil construction projects or programs.
- Provide site assessment guidance and oversight.
- Provide design redlines, updates to compare as-designed to as-built.
- Provide safety and security tail gates with daily reports, logs and updates.
- 10-15 years of electric utility and construction installation implementation and management.
- Direct utility high voltage electric journeyman level experience serving a utility with 1M or more customers over 10 years, demonstrated leadership and safety track record with excellent communication skills.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
