Hill International is seeking a Organizational Change Management Lead in San Diego, California
- Will provide support using Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices/methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR® Change Management Model for example, and apply to department wide changes to ensure smooth adaptation.
- Will prepare strategies ahead of project kick-offs, provide ongoing heat maps of acceptance, and guidance on working through issues as projects progress and provide feedback analysis on progress.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Change management certification or designation required.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to and interact with a variety of audiences using various channels.
- Ability to facilitate and consult with senior leaders to gain sponsorship, approval and engagement of the business in executing the change management strategy.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with formal training in an organizational change methodology.
- Change management certification or designation required.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to Evaluate the success of change management activities and provides progress reports to the broad set of stakeholders.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$155,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
