Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, schedule, and budget, developing detailed implementation plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring thorough documentation and communication to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and ensure submission and quality of deliverables; support the development of detailed implementation plans; monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Prepare and maintain critical project documentation, such as project charters, and reports; assist with permit analysis and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication; arrange and participate in meetings, document decisions, and address stakeholder concerns.
- Collaborate with finance and grants teams on funding, support resource allocation and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations; support quality control processes, conduct site inspections, and contribute to the improvement of project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-7 years experience in design or process engineering, plant operations or start-up, and/or field construction, or equivalent working knowledge, experience, and/or an advanced degree.
- Experience in Construction Phase project management.
- Must be willing to work on-site 4 days a week in Alexandria, VA or New Carrolton, MD.
