Hill International is seeking a Project Technician in Livermore, California
- Ability to design and implement processes to enhance workflow and data management.
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment and interact with all levels of internal and external personnel, including the ability to network with senior internal and external administrative personnel.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion on multiple tasks, often under strict deadlines, frequent interruptions and competing priorities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Clearance.
- Associates degree in Construction Technology or a construction related field; or NTESS Proprietary Information
- Minimum of Four (4) years' experience in Construction Technology or a construction related field.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, all software necessary to successfully support CMs and CPMs as defined in functional requirements for the position.
- Ability to learn governmental regulations and potential environmental impacts related to administrative practices and assigned business functions within facilities and maintenance.
- Excellent oral and written skills, including proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
