Description
Hill International Trucks, the tri-state areas largest medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer dealership, is currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for our Heavy-Duty Truck Parts team. This position that focuses on online order management as well as owning key wholesale accounts to better service our customers and meet departmental objectives.
Essential Functions :
1. Process online orders through Repairlink
2. Process orders for Wholesale Customers
3. Stage and organize parts for delivery
4. Maintain positive attitudes and teamwork throughout the department and with other departments in the dealership.
5. Assist Shipping and Receiving in completing incoming stock orders and inter-branch functions.
6. Understand and implement our department's inventory control practices.
7. Complete all training requirements that will increase your overall understanding of parts related functions.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Observe all safety rules.
10. All other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities :
1. Utilize OEConnection to process Repairlink orders in a timely manner
2. Pull purchased parts from stock.
3. If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer.
4. Answer phone calls within four rings, providing price quotes and other information.
5. Process Wholesale account orders via email, phone, Repairlink.
6. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
7. Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
8. Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given other customers.
9. Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
- The Parts Manager or Branch Manager must approve exceptions.
10. Issue Credit for all returned cores pertaining to Wholesale accounts.
11. Keep current on new products and product updates through vendor websites and catalogs.
12. Clean computer terminals and printers daily.
13. Receive incoming stock orders and paperwork
14. Parts Bin Management
15. Maintain awareness of parts pricing for special and local purchases.
16. Ensure work area is kept clean, clear and organized.

Requirements
Job Qualifications :
1. High School diploma.
2. Associate degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service
3. Excellent computer and communications skills.
4. One-year experience with sales.
Physical / Environmental Conditions :
1. Requires standing and walking for long periods.
2. Requires bending / stooping / kneeling / crouching / crawling / reaching for short periods.
3. Requires frequent lifting of 5 to 50 pounds.
4. Requires occasional assisted lifting of over 50 pounds.
5. Requires performing accurate, knowledgeable detailed work.
6. Occasionally exposed to engine exhaust fumes.
7. Occasionally exposed to loud noise.
8. Works overtime as required.

Salary Description
18.00-25.00 per hour monthly incentive(BOE)
