We are looking for a competent Title Clerk/Sales Coordinator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our Sales Department. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from all phases of sales deal processing. A positive but not must, would be if you could assist marketing with pictures to ensure our web site information is up to date. An effective Sales Coordinator must have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth Sales Department operations. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with office equipment and procedures.
Schedule is M-F from 8am to 5pm.
Essential Duties
Deal Processing
Assign Stock number for vehicles
Ensuring inventory is updated weekly
Updating inventory if prices are changed or equipment added
Ability to update inventory on web site if needed
Process Purchase of used trucks
PO Entry and closing
Legal transfer of documents for DMV.
Scanning new truck delivery receipts onto the A drive
Fill out key tags and window stickers for new units delivered
Submitting Cummins warranty paperwork
Verify vehicle costs for accounting
Handle questions from internal and external customers
Driver scheduling
Proposal reconciliation
Pull Down Navistar vehicle invoices
Schedule work with service department and vendors to meet delivery date.
And other duties as needed.
