Hill International is seeking a Document Control Manager in Stockton, California
- Assists in performing configuration management functions in areas of contract change and document control for the project.
- Manage day-to-day project documents and track them in Kahua program.
- Ensure team is uploading documents correctly into Kahua.
- Verify all documents are properly 'meta-tagged' in Kahua.
- Manage a virtual and paper filing system (FBS) for the project.
- Support office with administrative duties, office supplies, housekeeping, calls, meeting set-ups, web-based system set-ups and reception.
- Assist with document recovery.
- Manage samples from the Contractor.
- Create and manage meeting sign-in sheets and assist with meeting agendas and minutes.
- Assist with other duties as requested by the client or management team.
- Preparing and Issuing various status and tracking reports, minutes, and records.
- Performing complex configuration management analyst work.
- Analyzing situations, identifying problems, and recommending solutions.
- Interfacing with the project team, contractor, and other third-party agencies.
- Providing training and guidance in Document Control policies and procedures.
- May be required to perform other related job duties.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related field.
- Five years of relevant experience in document control.
- Experience in Kahua or Unifier programming preferred.
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
- Exercising sound judgment and creativity in making conclusions.
- Communicating effectively through verbal and in writing.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $124,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
