As a Media Intelligence Manager, you will analyze traditional and social media data to identify opportunities for our clients to build and protect their brand. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored media intelligence strategies to meet those needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, media monitoring, or strategic communications.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable research plans.
- Experience using media intelligence platforms such as Meltwater, Cision, and Brandwatch.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to develop queries with Boolean logic.
- Understanding of typical media intelligence metrics, including Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Share of Voice, etc.
- Bilingual capabilities: English and French fluency highly desirable.
