```Job Summary```
We are looking for a manager to manage day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage locations within the Orange County Convention Center. We seek an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and capability for physical labor to join our team. As a coffee company specializing in specialty drinks and pastries, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

```Responsibilities```

• Lead by example, delivering excellent guest service and maintaining food quality standards, particularly in specialty drinks and pastries, at Hill of Beans Coffee Company.
• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and mentor staff members.
• Maintain a physical presence to support both employees and guests.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and reduce expenses while exceeding goals.
• Stay informed about products and services to effectively upsell and assist guests and clients.
• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Administer employee performance appraisals and handle recruitment, interviews, and terminations.
• Foster strong relationships with management teams of Centerplate and Orange County.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure schedules and duties are efficiently assigned.
• Provide support across all locations
• Estimate purchasing needs for supplies.
• Oversee stocking, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Continuously coach and train employees in guest service, product knowledge, and health and safety protocols.

```Experience```

• 1 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Clean background check and driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and cash handling abilities.
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with excellent guest recovery skills.
• Full availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
