Job Description :
Provide financial analysis for Hill Physicians Medical Group to support health plan negotiations, physician compensation proposals, understanding of revenue and cost trends, strategic growth and expansion opportunities, and all Hill Physicians' projects and initiatives expected to have a financial impact. Assure that critical issues are appropriately escalated and addressed to fulfill Financial Services' role relative to fiduciary responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects with an impact on financial performance
- Work with clients to define and frame business problems affecting financial performance; develop analytical approaches, action plans, recommendations and timeframes to support decision-making
- Provide products and services that meet the clients' analytical needs and that maximize client satisfaction
- Apply consistent analytical standards, appropriate analytical study design and identification of decision alternatives through the proper framing of project questions, strategic thinking and interpretation of results on financial analyses
- Use the best financial analysis practices and tools in the production of high quality products
- Work closely with Clinical Analysis and Software Development to define data extraction requirements
- Provide support as needed for organizing occasional departmental social events
