Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all tasks are executed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and others to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Manage the installation of pipelines and other infrastructure components, interpreting schematics as needed.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including any changes or issues that arise during construction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
