What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hydrovac Technician position at Hill Services?
HILL SERVICES is seeking HYDROVAC TECHNICIANS for our central Arkansas operations. This position uses chemical processes, pressure washers, and hydroblast and vacuum equipment in a safe manner, in industrial and commercial environment. Typically, the task is to clean pipes, boilers, tanks, and hard surfaces. The HydroVac Technician operates heavy machinery, and works in safety-sensitive applications. We regularly work overtime, offer weekly pay, and full benefits.
The starting pay is based on experience, between $18-$21/hr, and is paid weekly.
Working Conditions: Outside, noisy, shift work, extreme hot and cold temperatures, on-call/emergency response at times, some travel regionally through TN, AR, MS, flexible schedules.
Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting up to 50lbs, able to walk and carry equipment up & down stairs, work in confined spaces and heights, must pass a DOT physical, able to work more than 8hrs/shift.
Required Qualifications: Pass drug screens, good work ethic, able to use computers for training (basic level), must possess mechanical skills, reliability.
