Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance job.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, expenses, and budgets.
- Maintain building compliance with codes and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance work to avoid disruptions to resident care.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
