This is a full-time on-site role for an MDS Coordinator at Hill Valley Healthcare in Front Royal, VA. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for care planning, creating care plans, managing MDS assessments, and providing geriatric nursing support.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
- and Geriatric Nursing skills
- Experience in Care Planning and creating Care Plans
- Expertise in MDS assessments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a senior living or skilled nursing environment is a plus
- Current valid licensure as an RN
