Requirements:
Please Note: This is an in-office position
- Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
- Experience dealing with commercial lenders
- Experience with complex commercial purchase loan documents
- Experience in title and survey examination
Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
