Construction Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Construction litigation team with the preparation of pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
- Managing, maintaining, and updating large document databases, and coordinating receipt, cataloguing, and production of documents.
- Assisting with the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trial.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated litigation experience is required.
- Construction litigation experience and prior trial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Xera or other similar document management programs is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and AAA procedures is desired.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desired.
