Job Requirements
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites
- Clean up site from debris and discarded material
- Operate pneumatic tools
- Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures
- Committed to culture of safety and quality
- Assist carpenters and other trades
- Other duties as assigned
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
- Good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.
- Wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.
- Walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile
- Talk, listen and speak clearly in person and on telephone
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.
- Must be willing and available to work on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
