- Subcontractor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, project managers, and other team members, addressing issues and providing updates as necessary.
- Documentation Management: Track and maintain all subcontractor-related documents, including contracts, insurance certificates, licenses, and safety records.
- Contract Administration: Assist in the creation and execution of subcontract agreements, ensuring terms are clear, accurate, and in compliance with the overall project scope.
- Quality and Compliance Oversight: Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Billing and Invoicing: Review and process subcontractor invoices, verifying that work completed aligns with contract terms and that payments are made promptly.
- Change Order Management: Coordinate and manage any changes to subcontractor scope, including issuing change orders and ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with subcontractors, helping to prevent delays or disruptions in the construction process.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular status updates to project managers, highlighting subcontractor progress, upcoming milestones, and any potential concerns.
- Subcontractor Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, providing feedback and recommending improvements or changes as necessary.
