Hillandale Farms is in search a Coordinator-Billing to join our team in Bozrah, CT Location

Essential Job Functions
- Creating and sending accurate invoices to clients based on customer orders and services rendered.
- Review orders and maintain computer records.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and/or team members.
- Maintain and coordinate records of accounts receivables.
- Ability to navigate and utilize accounting and billing systems effectively.
- Assists customers and internal staff in researching and resolving billing issues.
- May assist with other accounting procedures as needed and assists Manager with special projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent required with some college accounting courses preferred.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with ability to learn new software.
- Detail oriented, organized, data entry and critical thinking skillset needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and Hillandale team members.
Physical Effort/ Work Environment
- Prolonged sitting, standing, bending, squatting, twisting, pushing pulling, lifting overhead.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
