Supervisor Warehouse
Position Summary:
Warehouse supervisors are responsible for assuring that warehouse processes are consistent. Through their direction, their subordinates develop and carry out action plans designed to achieve this goal. Competence in this job is based primarily on each individual’s interpersonal skills and technical abilities. As with the other job families, warehouse supervisors acquire most of their knowledge through on-the-job experience.
Essential Job Functions
Implementing and continually follow through of all Warehouse SOP’s
Product Return Process From Customers via Delivery Drivers (Daily Task)
In house damage recording for all 3 Bozrah Coolers: (Daily Task)
Short Code Identification and Disposition Miscellaneous Products: (Daily Task)
Organization of Cage Free Warehouse: (Daily/Weekly Task)
Warehouse Cleaning Program: (Daily Task)
Qualifications/Skills
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Experience working in a Warehouse, loading, unloading, using an electric pallet jack, picking products and processing applicable paperwork preferably with scanning or technology background and /or exposure.
- Experience with taking inventory and using computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) Word, Excel, Power Point.
Physical Effort:
- Able to move at a fast pace.
- Able to bend, squat, kneel and twist at waist as needed.
- Able to lift 40-60 lbs. repetitively on a daily basis.
- Able to lift 40-60 lbs. over one's head repetitively.
- Able to push and pull weight up to 600lbs.
